Low fat green beans Amandine

So I wanted to make a lighter version of green beans amandine, a green bean Bowl with a lemony butter sauce, delicious is if it is of course made with tons of real butter. Only problem is we all know that real milk butter is loaded with fat and calories calories per tablespoon seal around 100 c. And believe me I love butter.


  It's something I on not skimp when I am for the holidays and the company, cooking, if "calories so much matter not".However, if I am right now, I eat what thats what usually happens, I am really trying to rreduce. LandoLakes fat makes a good Sweet Cream whipped cream butter spread, a sweet and buttery taste, but only about 60% of the calories and fat of regular ol' ' delicious butter has. 


It makes melted topping great however, it's pretty hard to toast with butter, unless it is melted a bit so it makes the perfect way to a butter sauce can lower fats Version. It's so that even more flavorful and add a little sea salt.  I like to take all, tender green beans.

Once done dampen the green beans, I take off the burner the delicate lemon butter sauce and I pour evenly over the green beans. Add 4 Tablsepoons of slivered Almnods and voila, you have beautiful, low fat, tender side dish that fit, is for a barbecue or a nice dinner party!
