Young men and women can your maximum recommended per allowance of alcohol for a small latte coffee or cheap magazine buy price. The alcohol produced by the taxpayers in the form of increased hospital admissions, crime and anti-social behaviour is now picked up the actual costs.
Underage drinking is an increasing problem, threatening kids' health. The UK government is planning to bring in minimum costs per unit of alcohol, to prevent children (and vulnerable adults) getting so much alcohol so cheaply.
