How can I separate the feelings of food? [Forum]

I just noticed that I take many my emotions such as stress and anxiety out on food. I want to lose 10 pounds, but it is very difficult because I have an emotional eaters tend to limit access, which is followed by a binge.
I am looking for ways to separate my feelings of my eating habits and lose weight in a healthy way.Does anyone have suggestions have? thank you!
