Chris's purpose is proving that part of a healthy lifestyle his can but is potatoes such a limited diet make it sick?
Chris is counted the nutrient content of potatoes, highlighting, although as a "no"vegetable"strength", they are rich in various vitamins and minerals:

It was just one of those days where you really do what the hell questions. Though I know I love potatoes, it was hard, eat. I posted there, but I was the star of my own little pity party yesterday.Chris has lost some weight to the diet (he's a few pounds overweight), find its daily 6.5 pounds potatoes so fill it always stop you can. He insists that he live any ill effects of potatoes for two months alone suffering is not.
What do you think - this is a crazy diet or a genius PR stunt? and if you could eat a food item for sixty days, choose what would?
